I have had the pleasure of serving in various capacities on some of the largest design-build and construction development programs ever executed in the United States, consisting of dozens of hyper-scale and fast-tracked projects with a total construction value in the billions. Working with large teams of engineers and constructors for master planning, pre-construction and design services, construction execution through occupancy on facilities located throughout the United States, we have successfully deployed key concept improvements and innovations in design and construction execution - including large scale modularization - which has led to dramatic improvements in project delivery, coupled with drastic reduction in project schedules.
